How honest is this number?
Honest enough to start from, and not a quote. It uses our published rates, the same volume discounts we publish on the plan pages, and the plan minimums — which it tells you about when one applies, rather than quietly rounding your total up.
What it cannot know is what we would find on the day: a server three years past end of life, a firewall nobody has logged into since it was installed, or a line-of-business application that only runs on one machine under a desk. That is what the free IT assessment is for — two hours on site and a written priority list you keep, whoever ends up doing the work.
Project work — migrations, cabling, installations, major upgrades — is quoted separately, with your plan’s labour discount applied. Hardware and third-party licences are billed at cost. Kentucky sales tax is added where required.
