Terms of Service
Last updated: July 16, 2026
These terms govern your use of the 64 Technologies website. Work we perform for you is also governed by our Service Agreement, which controls if the two ever conflict.
Using this website
This site is provided for information about our services. You may read, print, and share it. You may not copy our text, logo, or images for your own commercial use, attempt to disrupt the site, or use it to break the law.
Prices and estimates
- Prices shown here are starting estimates, not quotes or offers. Every job is different.
- Final scope and price are confirmed with you before work begins.
- Prices, plans, and services can change; the site may not reflect a change immediately.
- Parts and hardware are quoted separately from labor.
What we don't do
- We do not perform line-voltage electrical work: new outlets, switches, or anything tied into your electrical system goes to a licensed electrician. We do run low-voltage data and network cabling, which is a different thing entirely.
- We do not bypass security controls, defeat licensing, or install pirated software.
- We work only on technology you own or are authorized to have serviced. We may ask you to confirm that.
Accuracy
We keep this site current and accurate to the best of our ability, but we don't warrant that it is error-free or complete. Nothing here is professional advice for your specific situation, and nothing here creates a contract until we agree on work in writing.
Your backups
Data can be lost during any repair, and some drives fail while being worked on. We back up before major work where it's appropriate and practical, but you remain responsible for maintaining your own backups of anything you can't lose. We can help you set that up: ask us.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 64 Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Limits on our liability for services we perform are set out in the Service Agreement. Some states don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Oldham County, Kentucky.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms.
