Trip charge or project minimum
No travel fee anywhere in the Louisville metro, and none to Lexington or Northern Kentucky either — we are along that corridor often enough that charging for the drive would mean charging for a trip we were making anyway. Southern Indiana visits include a trip charge or a project minimum, quoted up front.
Anywhere in the country
Plenty of problems don't need anyone in the room: setup, cleanup, software, email, troubleshooting, and patient walk-throughs all work fine over a secure remote session. So distance isn't a limit for that kind of help.
Where this really matters is the people you care about: a student's laptop at school, parents in another state, an employee working from somewhere else. If you're already working with us, we'll look after them too.
