Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 16, 2026
64 Technologies ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we never have.
This website collects nothing
This site is a set of static pages. There are no accounts, no contact forms, no advertising networks, and no third-party tracking or analytics scripts. We do not use cookies, and nothing on these pages builds a profile of you or follows you to other websites.
Like every website, the server that delivers these pages keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to identify visitors or to market to anyone.
Information you send us
The way to reach us is email. When you email support@sixtyfourtechnologies.com, we receive whatever you choose to include, typically your name, contact details, and a description of the problem you need help with. Please don't send passwords in email; we'll arrange a secure method when credentials are actually needed.
Information we handle when we do the work
Fixing technology means being close to it. In the course of a job we may encounter your files, accounts, network configuration, or the contents of a device. We treat all of it as confidential. Specifically:
- We access only what the job requires, and only for as long as it requires.
- We do not copy, retain, or review your personal files beyond what the work calls for.
- We back up data before major work where it's appropriate, and confirm that with you first.
- We use reputable remote-support tools, and remote sessions happen with your knowledge.
- We can securely erase storage devices before disposal, recycling, or resale on request.
We keep basic service records, who you are, what we did, and what we billed, because we need them to support you later and to meet tax and accounting obligations.
How we use information
- To respond to you, schedule work, and perform the services you ask for.
- To bill you and keep required business records.
- To follow up about work we've done for you.
We don't add you to marketing lists because you contacted us for help.
Sharing
We don't sell your information or share it with advertisers. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, payment processing), when you ask us to (for example, contacting your internet provider on your behalf), or where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, except where we're required to keep it, such as billing records. Email support@sixtyfourtechnologies.com and we'll take care of it.
Children
Our services are offered to adults. This site is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If we ever start collecting information through this website, for example, by adding a service-request form, we will update this policy before that goes live.
