Scope of work

- Changes to scope are quoted before additional work proceeds.
Scheduling & travel
- Appointments are confirmed by us; arrival windows are estimates.
- Extended-area visits include a trip charge or project minimum.
Payment
- Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
- Deposits may be required for larger installations.
- Applicable Kentucky sales tax is added where required.
Managed support plans
Recurring managed-support plans, when offered, will define included services, response targets, covered devices/users, and boundaries in a separate signed agreement. [To be finalized with counsel and insurer.]
