Pricing

Clear, upfront pricing

Starting prices for the things people ask for most. We confirm scope and cost before any work begins.

Computer Services

Setup, cleanup, and keeping your machines healthy.

New Computer Setup

$129

Get a new computer ready to use, safely.

  • OS & security updates
  • Account setup
  • Basic security configuration
  • Printer connection
  • Essential apps installed
  • Backup recommendation

Covers one user account, one printer, and up to five standard apps. Business software, extra accounts, and extended troubleshooting are quoted separately.

Computer Tune-Up

$99

Find what's slowing your computer down and fix what software can fix, with an honest call if the real limit is the hardware.

  • Updates
  • Startup optimization
  • Storage review
  • Malware scan
  • Basic health report

A software tune-up, not a hardware guarantee. If the real bottleneck is aging hardware (RAM, drive, CPU, or heat), we'll tell you honestly instead of overpromising.

Malware Cleanup

from$149

Remove infections and lock things back down.

  • Threat removal
  • Updates
  • Security review
  • Follow-up recommendations

Covers cleanup of one device. Does not include identity-theft remediation, financial-account recovery, business incident response, or rebuilding multiple compromised devices. Those are quoted separately.

Data Recovery

from$149

Deleted something, reformatted a drive, or files suddenly gone? Often recoverable, and you only pay if we get them back.

  • Free evaluation and honest odds
  • Deleted, corrupted, and reformatted files
  • Recovered to a safe location
  • No data recovered, no fee

Flat $149 for standard recovery on a healthy drive; unusual or large jobs quoted first. Software-level only. We don't open drives. A physically failing drive (clicking, not detected) is referred to a specialist lab; we won't risk your data guessing. Standard recovery covers one source drive and one attempt, with recoverable files delivered as-is (no manual file-by-file sorting); you provide the destination drive.

Ransomware & Scareware Rescue

$99assessment

Not every scary lockout screen is real ransomware. Plenty of it is fake alerts or screen-lockers we can remove without losing a thing. Before you panic or pay anyone, we find out exactly what you're dealing with.

  • Flat-fee assessment: real encryption vs. scareware or fake locks
  • Check for free decryptors and recoverable file copies
  • An honest verdict on what's actually possible
  • Removal & recovery quoted separately: only if we can resolve it

The $99 assessment is the only up-front charge. You pay it whether the news is good or bad, because knowing what you're facing has real value. If we can fix it, that's a separate, pre-approved fee: scareware and fake-lock removal typically $149; genuine ransomware recovery quoted by scope. We never pay ransoms, and we won't charge to "recover" files that truly can't be.

Printer Setup & Rescue

$79

Set up right, connected to everything, and made to stay connected.

  • Wired or wireless setup
  • Connected to every computer, phone, and tablet
  • Scanning configured
  • Fixed static address so it stops disappearing
  • Driver cleanup on problem printers

Added to another visit: $49. We'll also tell you honestly whether a troublesome printer is worth keeping.

Home Technology & Entertainment

Home theater, Wi-Fi, and TVs done right the first time. Every piece talking to the others, run from one remote.

Home Theater & Surround Sound

from$249

A receiver and speakers, set up the way they were meant to sound.

  • Receiver setup & input labeling
  • Speaker placement & wiring
  • Surround/Atmos configuration
  • Audio format & HDMI-ARC setup
  • Calibration

Price depends on the number of speakers and whether wiring is already run. In-wall wiring quoted separately.

Universal Remote Setup

from$99

One remote for everything, in the right order, every time.

  • Programming & activities
  • Device power sequencing
  • Household walk-through

Remote supplied by you; we'll tell you which one to get.

AV Troubleshooting

$99incl. first hour

No picture, no sound, wrong input, HDMI handshake gremlins.

  • Full signal-path diagnosis
  • Settings corrected
  • Explanation of what went wrong

TV & Streaming Setup

$99

Unbox to first show.

  • Connect & network
  • Updates
  • Set up to 3 streaming services

TV Mounting

from$149

Standard drywall installation, done right, not a rotating gig contractor.

  • Wall-type & stud verification
  • Level, secure mount
  • Input & picture setup
  • Connect one streaming device or soundbar
  • Cable tidy-up & walkthrough

Mount & materials separate. Fireplace, masonry, oversized screens, concealed wiring, and electrical work quoted separately.

Soundbar Setup

$79

Better sound, properly configured.

  • Connection
  • Placement
  • Audio configuration
  • Remote testing

Wired Networking & Structured Cabling

Quotedper job

Ethernet run through the house, terminated properly. The permanent fix for a home Wi-Fi can't cover.

  • Cat6 runs to the rooms that matter
  • Wall plates & keystone jacks
  • Patch panel & network switch
  • Wired backhaul for mesh access points
  • Labeled, tested, and documented

Priced per job after a walk-through. Every house is different, and what's behind the walls decides the work. Materials supplied by us and included in the quote. Low-voltage data cabling only; any electrical work goes to a licensed electrician.

Home Wi-Fi Assessment

$99

Find and fix the dead zones.

  • Coverage evaluation
  • Router placement review
  • Speed testing
  • Written recommendation

Mesh Wi-Fi Installation

from$199

Whole-home coverage. Customer supplies equipment.

  • Setup & configuration
  • Placement of up to 3 nodes

Work-From-Home Setup

from$199

The home-office setup your company's IT won't do, so you stop dropping video calls and everything just works.

  • Rock-solid wired or Wi-Fi connection to your home office
  • Monitors, docking, and peripherals configured
  • Webcam, mic, and lighting dialed in for video calls
  • Printer and scanner connected
  • Battery backup so a power blip doesn't end your workday
  • Optional: separate work and home networks for security

We set up your home side and personal gear, working alongside your company's IT. We don't access your work computer's corporate software or accounts. Employers: ask about equipping your whole remote team.

Support

Fast help remotely, or in your home when hands-on is needed.

Remote Support (30 min)

$49up to 30 min

Quick fixes and questions handled over a secure remote session.

Remote Support (60 min)

$79up to 60 min

Longer troubleshooting and setup. Additional time $25 per 30 min.

In-Home Visit

$99incl. first hour

On-site help at your home or home office. $85 each additional hour.

For residential and home offices. Commercial business locations use our On-Demand Business Support rate.

Care Plans

Prefer a monthly plan? Optional always-on coverage for your household: support and maintenance handled, parts and hardware member-priced. No lock-in; everything above is available one-off too. Coming soon: join the waitlist and we'll enroll you first.

Home Essential

$19/mo

Hassle-free help for your main computer. We're one tap away.

  • Up to 30 min of remote support per month (then member pricing)
  • Automatic updates & security patching
  • Antivirus monitoring
  • Member pricing on all visits & services
  • Annual tune-up

Covers 1 computer + phone.

Managed IT

One decision: how much of it do you want us to carry? Every plan includes the monitoring, EDR and backup that keep a business out of trouble — what changes is how much support comes with it, and how far outside business hours we go. Priced per user per month, with volume discounts as you grow, or 10% off the monthly total and no onboarding fee if you commit to a year.

Foundation

$49/user/mo

For a one-person business, or a shop with a handful of machines. We come out and set it up properly, then keep everything watched, patched and backed up — with support paid for when you need it rather than bundled in.

  • We come to you to set it up — a real visit, up to 4 hours included
  • 24/7 monitoring and automatic patching
  • Managed antivirus & EDR: ransomware stopped, not just reported
  • Device backup, tested, so a dead drive is an inconvenience
  • Phishing awareness training
  • Remote support at $115/hour — the member rate, not the $135 walk-in rate
  • No minimum, no contract, cancel any month

Set up in person, supported remotely after that. The onboarding visit includes up to 4 hours on site, which covers a one-person business or a small shop comfortably; anything beyond that is at the $115 member rate, quoted before we start. On-site visits after onboarding are billed separately, because driving out costs the same whether you pay us $49 a month or $1,195. No support hours are included either, and that is exactly what keeps it $49 — one hour of somebody's time costs more than a month of this plan, so bundling hours in would mean charging everyone for the calls a few people make. If you find yourself calling us twice in a month, say so: Essential works out cheaper from about two hours and includes an on-site hour, and we would rather move you than let you overpay.

Essential

$79/user/mo

Monitoring, patching and EDR on every machine, plus a set amount of support each month. The plan for an office that mostly runs fine and wants it kept that way.

  • 24/7 monitoring and automatic patching on every covered machine
  • Managed antivirus & EDR: ransomware stopped, not just reported
  • Device backup, tested, so a dead drive is an inconvenience and not a disaster
  • 3 hours of remote support every month
  • 1 hour of on-site support every month
  • Phishing awareness training for your team
  • Next-business-day response

Support hours are per account per month and do not roll over. Past the allowance, work is billed at our standard rate — and if you are regularly going past it, Complete is cheaper than paying the overage. Minimum $249/month. Projects, migrations, cabling and after-hours work are quoted separately.

AI Add-On

$50/AI user/mo

Bolt AI onto Complete or Premier, for the people who will actually use it. Scoped, built and kept running by the same people who run your computers, so nothing falls between two vendors.

  • AI Opportunity Assessment included free, so we build against something real
  • Copilot, Gemini or a private model kept configured, licensed and working
  • Up to 2 AI workflows or assistants built and maintained
  • 2 hours of AI development every month
  • A quarterly session on what to automate next, and what to leave alone
  • Clear guardrails: which tools are approved, and what must never be pasted into a public AI

Priced per AI seat, not per employee: a twenty-person firm where five people write proposals buys five seats. Minimum $249/month — the workflows behind it cost the same to build and maintain whether three people use them or thirty. Everyone on it makes Complete $199/user/mo all in, or Premier $279. Not sold on Essential: AI generates support questions, and a capped support allowance is the wrong place to put them. Your $249 assessment is included at onboarding; your own AI subscriptions and API usage are passed through at cost with no markup.

AI Managed

from$399/mo

Ongoing AI help for businesses who want the AI without the full IT management. Priced per business, not per user.

  • AI Opportunity Assessment to start, so we manage something we've actually scoped
  • Your AI tools kept configured, licensed, updated, and working: Copilot, Gemini, or a private model
  • Up to 2 AI workflows or assistants maintained and adjusted as your business changes
  • Up to 2 hours of AI work each month: new automations, refinements, and fixes
  • A 30-minute working session every month: what's working, what isn't, what's next
  • Your team's AI questions answered, with a reply within 1 business day
  • A stopped workflow that's blocking work fixed the same business day
  • A written quarterly review: hours used, what changed, and an honest take on what isn't paying for itself
  • Clear guardrails kept current: which tools are approved, and what must never be pasted into a public AI

Per business, not per user — this is the plan for a company that wants the AI handled but keeps its IT elsewhere. One-time onboarding assessment to start: $99 for members (normally $249). Unused monthly hours don't roll over. Not included: builds beyond the monthly allowance (quoted separately), general IT support, after-hours response, and your own AI subscriptions and usage, which we pass through at cost with no markup. If we already run your IT, the AI Add-On is the cheaper route.

Add-ons & licences

Things that sit on top of a managed plan. Most offices need none of them, and nobody needs all of them. Monitoring, endpoint security and backup are already inside every plan and are never sold separately — what is here is the work that genuinely varies from one business to the next.

Security & compliance4

HIPAA compliance

$399/mo + $29/user

For dental, medical, therapy and anyone else holding patient records. The paperwork an auditor asks for, kept current, rather than rebuilt in a panic.

  • Annual Security Risk Assessment — the one thing every audit opens with
  • Policies and procedures, written and version-tracked
  • Workforce training with completion records
  • Business Associate Agreements tracked, with renewal reminders
  • Vendor and exclusion screening
  • Anonymous reporting line, routed
  • An evidence file you can hand over on the day you are asked

We provide and administer the compliance platform and do the work in it. Your practice remains the covered entity and stays responsible for compliance — anyone who tells you a vendor can make you compliant is selling you something. We sign a Business Associate Agreement with you.

Password manager & MFA

$4/user/mo

Shared logins in a spreadsheet is how most small businesses actually get breached. This is the cheapest thing on this page and the one we argue hardest for.

  • Business password vault
  • Shared credentials without shared passwords
  • Multi-factor enforced
  • Offboarding that actually revokes access

Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace backup

$4/user/mo

Your email, files and chat history backed up somewhere Microsoft and Google cannot reach. They keep the service running; keeping the data is your side of the deal, and most businesses find that out the week they need it.

  • Mail, calendar and contacts
  • OneDrive, SharePoint and Google Drive, including shared drives
  • Teams and chat history
  • Restore a single message or a whole account
  • Kept independently of your Microsoft or Google tenant

Included on Complete and Premier. Priced per user, not per mailbox — a shared mailbox does not count as a seat.

Mobile device management

$8/device/mo

Phones and tablets that reach company email, brought under the same rules as the laptops — and wipeable when one goes missing.

  • Enrolment & policy
  • Remote wipe of company data
  • Passcode & encryption enforced
  • Works with staff-owned phones

Servers & phone systems4

Server management

$169/server/mo

One server — the box, or the host it all runs on — monitored, patched, kept healthy and backed up. Plans are priced per person; a server is not a person and is not counted as one.

  • Monitoring & alerting
  • Patching on a schedule that suits you
  • Performance and capacity checks
  • Image backup, with a restore we have actually tested
  • Off-site copy retained
  • Included in your plan's support cover

Backup is part of it, not an extra: separately these were $99 and $79. Premier already carries image backup, so servers are $99 on that plan. Priced per box — extra instances on the same hardware are the next card.

Additional server instance

$49/instance/mo

A second, third or fourth virtual machine on hardware we already look after. Another operating system to keep healthy, but not another box.

  • Monitored and patched like any server
  • Image backup included
  • Counted per instance, not per box
  • Nothing extra for the host it runs on

Applies alongside a managed server. One box running four VMs is $169 + three × $49 = $316, not four × $169.

Managed phone system

$10/user/mo

A full phone system — RingCentral and similar — looked after by the same people who look after everything else. A new starter needs a handset, the menu needs changing, somebody sounds like they are in a bucket: one number to call, and we already know your setup.

  • Adds, moves and changes without raising a ticket with a vendor
  • Call flows, menus, ring groups, opening hours and voicemail kept current
  • Call quality investigated properly, network included
  • E911 addresses kept accurate as people move desks
  • Platform licence passed through at cost, no markup

For a full phone system like RingCentral. If you are a handful of people on Google Workspace, Google Voice is usually the better answer and we manage it as part of your plan at no extra charge — it lives in a console we are already in. Already have a system you like? We can take it over without changing it.

Phone system setup & porting

from$399

Moving a business phone system without dropping a call. We recommend Google Voice for very small teams and RingCentral once you need real call handling — both of which we have run ourselves, which is a different thing from having read the brochure.

  • Google Voice for a handful of people, RingCentral when you outgrow it
  • Call flows, menus, ring groups and out-of-hours built with you
  • Existing numbers ported across, keeping the ones customers know
  • Handsets, softphones and mobile apps configured
  • E911 registered properly for every location

NUMBER PORTING TAKES TWO TO FOUR WEEKS and cannot be rushed — the carrier you are leaving controls that clock, not us. Your old service stays live until the port completes, so nothing goes dark. Starting price covers one location up to 5 users; larger or multi-site quoted after a walk-through. Start on Google Voice and outgrow it later and that is fine: your numbers move with you, so choosing the small option now does not cost you anything except the day we spend moving it.

Licences & subscriptions3

Microsoft 365

from$6/user/mo

Bought through us at Microsoft's price, managed as part of your plan. We take no margin on the licence.

  • Business Basic — $6/user/mo
  • Business Standard — $12.50/user/mo (desktop Office apps)
  • Business Premium — $22/user/mo (adds device & threat protection)
  • Copilot — add $30/user/mo

Passed through at cost, no markup. Microsoft sets these prices and changes them from time to time; we tell you before a change hits your bill. Tenant setup, migration and ongoing licence administration are part of your managed plan, not a separate fee.

Google Workspace

from$7/user/mo

The same arrangement if Google is where your business already lives. No margin on the licence.

  • Business Starter — $7/user/mo
  • Business Standard — $14/user/mo
  • Business Plus — $22/user/mo
  • Gemini is bundled into these plans by Google

Passed through at cost, no markup. Google sets these prices. Migration between Microsoft and Google in either direction is a project, quoted separately, with your plan's labour discount applied.

AI Add-On

$50/AI user/mo

Buy it for the people who will actually use it. A twenty-person firm where five people write proposals buys five seats, not twenty.

  • AI Opportunity Assessment included free
  • Copilot, Gemini or a private model kept configured, licensed and working
  • Up to 2 AI workflows or assistants built and maintained
  • 2 hours of AI development every month
  • A quarterly session on what to automate next

Minimum $249/month, about five seats. The build and maintenance work behind it is the same whether three people use it or thirty, which is what the minimum covers. On Complete or Premier only — AI generates support questions, and a capped support allowance is the wrong place to put them.

One-time & per-site fees2

Onboarding setup

$99/user, one-time

Getting you onto the platform properly: agents deployed, security applied, accounts documented, backups proven to run. Charged once, at the start.

  • Agent deployment and health check on every machine
  • Security baseline and policies applied
  • Accounts, licences and network documented
  • First backup verified, not assumed

Waived entirely if you commit to a year. Not charged on Foundation, whose on-site setup visit of up to 4 hours is already in the price.

Extra location

$75/location/mo

A second or third office, with its own network to look after. Your first location is already in the plan.

  • Network and Wi-Fi monitored at that site
  • Site documentation kept current
  • On-site cover included per your plan

IT Support & Projects

Project and as-needed business IT: setups, migrations, networking, and security, billed per job or per hour. No monthly commitment; for always-on coverage, see Managed IT.

On-Demand Business Support

$135per hour

When something's down, we respond. One-hour minimum.

  • Remote or on-site
  • Priority scheduling

Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace Setup

from$299

Email, accounts, and collaboration set up right, or migrated over cleanly from an old provider.

  • New tenant or account setup
  • Mailbox & data migration
  • Shared drives, folder structure and who-sees-what permissions
  • Team onboarding

Starting price covers a new tenant with up to 3 users and no historical mailbox migration. Additional mailboxes and data migration are priced by count and volume; quoted after a quick review.

Business Network & Wi-Fi

Quotedper job

Reliable, secure wired and Wi-Fi networking for your office: set up to just work.

  • Business-grade Wi-Fi & switching
  • Guest and staff networks separated
  • Wiring & access-point placement
  • Labeled, tested, documented

Priced per job after a walk-through. Every office is different.

Security Hardening

from$299

Lock down accounts, endpoints, and email against the attacks small businesses actually face.

  • MFA & account hardening
  • Endpoint security setup
  • Email anti-phishing protections
  • Written before/after summary

Scope depends on team size and current state; quoted after a review.

New Hire & Offboarding Setup

from$99per person

New team members set up quickly and securely; departing staff and their access removed cleanly.

  • Accounts, email & apps provisioned
  • Device setup & security
  • Clean, complete access removal on exit

Per person; recurring onboarding is covered under a Managed IT plan.

Websites & Web Apps

Fast, mobile-friendly websites, and working web apps, that look like an agency built them, at a fraction of agency prices. See examples in our Case Studies.

One-Page Site

from$399

A complete website that happens to fit on one page: who you are, what you do, and how to reach you, without a menu to get lost in.

  • One custom-designed page, everything on it
  • Mobile-friendly & fast
  • Contact form & click-to-call
  • Live in days, not weeks
  • Google Business Profile and local SEO set up
  • A year of hosting and care included

For a business whose story fits on one page — a trade, a solo operator, a new venture that needs to look real today. Outgrow it and the Starter Site is the next step; we build on what is already there rather than starting again. Domain & content provided by you (we can help).

Starter Site

from$699

A clean, professional presence for a new or small business that needs a few pages done right.

  • 2–4 pages, custom-designed
  • Mobile-friendly & fast
  • Contact form & map
  • Google Business Profile and local SEO set up
  • A year of hosting and care included

Great for trades, solo operators, and new businesses. Enough room for a services page and an about page without paying for pages you have nothing to put on yet.

Redesign / Rebuild

from$1299

Turn a slow, dated, or hard-to-use website into something modern, fast, and mobile-first.

  • Rebuilt on a fast, modern foundation
  • Mobile-first redesign
  • Keep what works, fix what doesn't
  • Search rankings preserved & improved
  • A year of hosting and care included

Priced by the size of the current site; quoted after a quick review.

Online Store

from$4499

Sell your products online properly: payments that work, stock that stays right, and tax and shipping set up so orders do not become a second job.

  • Full storefront, designed around your brand
  • Card payments into your own account, never ours
  • Sales tax and shipping rules configured for how you actually ship
  • Stock tracked, so you stop selling what you have run out of
  • Up to 25 products entered for you, photographed and written
  • Order confirmations, fulfilment and returns handled end to end
  • Google Business Profile and local SEO set up
  • Two hours of training and a written runbook you keep
  • A year of hosting and care included

Product entry beyond the first 25 is $8 each — a real number because a product with variants, photographs and copy takes fifteen to twenty minutes to enter properly, and a hundred of them is a fortnight nobody budgeted for. If you can supply a clean spreadsheet we import in bulk instead, which is far cheaper; ask. Store Care is $149/month from launch: an online store needs looking after in a way a brochure site does not. Sales tax across state lines is your accountant's call, not ours — we configure what they tell us.

Booking Site

from$2999

For businesses that sell time rather than things: a site with real online booking behind it, so the phone stops being the only way in.

  • Site built around your services, not a template
  • Online booking with your staff, hours and availability
  • Deposits or payment at the time of booking
  • Automatic reminders, because no-shows are the real cost
  • Service menu with durations and buffers set properly
  • Google Business Profile and local SEO set up
  • Two hours of training and a written runbook you keep
  • A year of hosting and care included

For salons, clinics, trades, studios, consultants — anyone whose calendar is the product. Booking Care is $79/month from launch. If you also sell products, that is an Online Store.

Instant Quote Calculator

$999add-on to any site

Let people price the job themselves at eleven at night. They get a real number instead of a contact form, and you get a lead that already told you what it wants.

  • Your pricing rules, in your language
  • A real figure on screen, not 'starting from' and a phone number
  • Every estimate arrives as a lead with the configuration attached
  • Works properly on a phone at a kitchen table
  • You see what people build and where they give up
  • Minimums and surcharges handled, and explained on screen

Added to any site we build, new or one we have already built you — not sold on its own, because a calculator nobody can find is not worth having. Built for work that gets quoted the same way every time: moves, installs, cleans, roofs, trips. Price changes afterwards are part of your care plan; reworking the rules themselves is quoted. We use one of these ourselves, which is the honest reason we know it works.

Custom Business App

from$1499

Custom portals, dashboards, AI tools and internal software that replace spreadsheets and manual work.

  • A real, working app, not a mockup or a demo
  • Job tracking, scheduling, customer records, inventory, quotes, inspections, or custom workflows
  • Logins for your team, so everyone sees the same numbers
  • Add AI to automate repetitive work
  • Works on the phone in the truck and the desktop in the office
  • Yours to keep, and built to grow as you do

Starting price covers a defined first version; bigger systems are scoped and quoted after a short call. Ongoing changes & hosting available on a care plan.

Website care

Freefirst year included

Every site we build comes with a year of care at no cost. We host it, keep it secure, back it up and watch it — you never think about it.

  • Fast, secure hosting on our infrastructure
  • SSL, backups and uptime monitoring
  • Security and platform updates applied for you
  • Small text and image swaps as you need them
  • $39/month after the first year, or $390 for the year

For sites we build. We do not take on the care of a website somebody else built — not because we could not, but because we will not put our name on code we have never seen and cannot vouch for. If you have a site you are unhappy with, a Redesign / Rebuild brings it onto our stack and into this plan.

Website add-ons

Bolted onto a site we build for you. Each one exists to do a job the site itself cannot: rank for something new, answer at midnight, or give somebody a reason to come back. Priced as add-ons because the site around them is already there.

Industry Tool

$699add-on

A calculator people actually search for: mulch by the yard, BTUs by the room, paint by the wall. It brings strangers to your site, and they arrive already thinking about the job.

  • Built around the maths your trade already does
  • Written to rank for the way people search it
  • The answer, then a way to book you for it
  • Shareable link, so it gets passed around
  • You see what people calculate and what they do next

The quiet best-seller of this list. A landscaper's mulch calculator earns links and search traffic that a services page never will, and it costs less than a month of ads. Ideas we have built or scoped: mulch and gravel by the yard, BTU and tonnage by room, paint coverage, roof squares, concrete yardage, fence panels, moving-van size.

Mini Game

$699add-on

A small branded game on your site: spin, match, guess, beat the clock. People play it, share it, and leave an email address to claim what they won.

  • Branded to you, not a generic widget
  • A prize or code worth claiming, set by you
  • Email captured at the moment they win
  • Works on a phone, which is where it will be played
  • A QR code version for events, fairs and the counter

Best for businesses with foot traffic, an event stand, or a social following to point at it: restaurants, salons, gyms, dealerships, festivals. Not a lead source on its own — it is a reason to hand over an email address that beats "join our newsletter".

AI Assistant

$899add-on

A chat assistant trained on your own pages, prices and documents, answering customers at eleven at night when the alternative is them calling somebody else.

  • Trained on your site, your PDFs, your price list
  • Says "I don't know, here's how to reach a person" rather than inventing
  • Hands over with the whole conversation attached
  • Captures the enquiry when you are closed
  • A monthly note of what people actually asked
  • Guardrails on what it must never discuss

$99/month after launch, which covers keeping it accurate as your prices and services change — an assistant trained once and left alone starts telling people last year's price. Your AI usage is passed through at cost. It will not quote bespoke work or take payment; those go to a human on purpose.

Campaign Page

$349add-on

A page built for one push — a seasonal offer, an ad campaign, a new service — living on the site we already run for you, so it looks like you the moment it loads.

  • One page aimed at one offer, on your own domain
  • Your existing design, so nothing feels borrowed
  • An offer capture: form, code, or a prompt timed to the visit
  • Tracking wired up, so you can see what the spend actually did
  • Taken down, kept, or turned into a normal page when the push ends

Add-on only, to a site we built or look after. We do not sell these on their own: a page with no site around it stops working the day the ads stop, and we would rather not put our name on that. Extra pages in the same campaign are cheaper — the design is already done.

Reviews Wall

$399add-on

Your Google reviews on your own site, updating themselves. The single cheapest thing you can do to make a stranger believe you.

  • Live from your Google Business Profile
  • New reviews appear without you touching anything
  • Rating and count shown where it matters
  • Marked up so search engines read it too

Shows what is there — we do not filter out the bad ones, because a wall of nothing but five stars is the thing people have learned not to trust.

Service Area Checker

$399add-on

They type a postcode and find out whether you come out there, instead of ringing to ask. Fewer wasted calls for you, an instant answer for them.

  • Your actual coverage, including the awkward edges
  • A straight yes, or a no with who to try instead
  • Yes leads straight into booking or a quote
  • You see which places keep asking and getting a no

That last line is the useful part: a month of people outside your area asking is the cheapest market research you will ever get about where to expand.

Second Language

$599add-on

Your site in Spanish, or whatever your customers actually speak at home. Drafted with AI, then read and corrected by a person, because machine translation gets trades vocabulary wrong in ways that cost you the job.

  • Every page, not a token landing page
  • Human review of the whole thing before it goes live
  • Language switcher that remembers the choice
  • Search engines told which version is which
  • Forms and confirmations translated too

Priced for a Starter or Business site; larger sites quoted. Ongoing edits in both languages are part of your care plan.

Not on the list

Ask anyway

The cards above are what we are asked for most, not the limit of what we do. Phone systems, cameras, door access, point of sale, the software your trade runs on — we choose the right one, get it in, connect it to everything else, and then be the number you call when it misbehaves. We take no cut for recommending anything.

And where nothing suitable exists, we build it. Our own software is on this site, and so is the portal our clients log into.

If it is not us, we will say so. Some jobs want an electrician, a recovery lab, or a firm ten times our size. We would rather point you at the right person than take the work.

Work out your own number

Managed IT is priced per person, so the honest answer depends on your size. The calculator does the arithmetic — volume discounts, plan minimums, add-ons and licences included.

3-Year Price Lock

Your price is your price.

Sign on as a client and we lock your rate for three years: honored even at renewal, as long as your contract stays active. No annual creep, no surprise increases. It's a promise most IT companies simply won't make, and one more reason your neighbors send you our way.

Moving up is locked too. Outgrow your plan and the next one costs what it cost the day you signed, not what it costs when you get there. Growing should not be something we quietly charge you for.

Prefer to commit? Annual and multi-year agreements save you more: 10% off the monthly total and no onboarding fee. Ask us for terms.

The lock is on our service rates. Third-party costs we pass through at cost (software licenses, hardware, and vendor subscriptions) can still change with the vendor.

Why we do it this way

I got tired of asking what things cost

Every time I wanted a price for something simple, I had to fill in a form, wait for a call, and sit through a conversation before anyone would tell me a number. Not for anything complicated — for a thing that has a price. It always felt like the number depended on what they reckoned I would pay.

So we published all of it. Every rate on this page is what anyone pays, whether you are one person with a laptop or thirty people with a server. The volume discounts are printed rather than negotiated, and the calculator will work out your number without giving us your phone number first.

It has a real cost to us. Competitors can read this page as easily as you can, and we lose the room to price a job by how badly someone needs it. That trade is fine. If a number on this page is wrong for your situation we would rather you find out now, for free, than after a call you did not want to be on.

Prices are starting estimates. Final cost depends on scope; we confirm before any work begins. Parts, mounts, and equipment are billed separately unless noted. Kentucky sales tax applied where required.

Bigger project work, a new website, a setup, or a migration, can often be spread over a few months. Just ask about financing. Any hardware or equipment is billed at cost, up front.

No travel fee anywhere in the Louisville metro, and none to Lexington or Northern Kentucky either — we are along that corridor often enough that charging for the drive would mean charging for a trip we were making anyway. Southern Indiana visits include a trip charge or a project minimum, quoted up front.

Frequently asked questions

Do you charge for travel?

Visits within our primary service area include no separate travel fee. Extended-area visits add a trip charge or a project minimum, and trips beyond roughly 45 minutes each way are quoted separately.

Can you help remotely instead of coming out?

Yes. Many computer issues, setups, and questions are handled over a secure remote session. It's faster and usually less expensive than an in-home visit.

Do I need to supply my own equipment?

For installations like mesh Wi-Fi or TV mounts, customers typically supply the equipment and mounts, which we'll help you choose. We'll always tell you what's needed before we start.

How do you protect my data and privacy?

Data protection is at the core of what we do. We handle your information carefully, back up before major work, use secure remote tools, and can securely erase drives before disposal or resale. We never sell or share your data.

Do you give estimates before starting?

Always. Listed prices are starting estimates; we confirm the scope and price with you before any work begins, so there are no surprises.

How does scheduling work?

Send a service request with what you need and your preferred times. We'll follow up to confirm an appointment window. Larger installations may require a deposit to reserve the date.
