What is wrong with your website?

Ten seconds, and we will tell you plainly — with the evidence, so you can check every word of it yourself. Most small business websites have two or three things quietly costing them enquiries.

Free, no account, nothing installed. We read one page the way a browser does and look up public records anyone can see. We do not log in to anything and we change nothing.

What this actually checks

Whether anyone can send email as you

SPF, DKIM and DMARC are three public records that prove a message really came from your business. Most small firms have none of them, which is how a customer receives a fake invoice in your name. This is the check that surprises people most.

How long a visitor waits

Timed in two halves — how long your server takes to answer, and how much the page then makes them download. They have completely different causes and different fixes, and one number hides which one you have.

Your certificate and connection

Whether the padlock is valid and when it expires. A lapsed certificate replaces your website with a full-page browser warning, and it happens on a date nobody has in the diary.

The basics search engines look for

Page title, mobile setup, and whether your browser tab shows your logo or a blank square.

And what it deliberately does not

It reads one page, obeys your robots.txt, and never logs in to anything. It does not list your plugins — knowing which ones a site runs is a step in attacking it, and that is not something we will publish about anyone, including a stranger.

It also only reports things that are simply true or false: a record exists or it does not, a certificate expires on a date. Anything needing judgement, we would rather look at properly than have a script guess at.

Would you rather someone just looked?

A real review takes about half an hour and covers the things a script cannot see. Veteran-owned, Louisville based, and we will tell you if there is nothing worth doing.
