We run your technology, so you can run your business
Managed IT is proactive, all-in support on one predictable monthly price, the opposite of waiting for something to break and paying by the hour to fix it.
Break-fix IT only makes money when something's wrong, so problems pile up between visits, and every fix is a surprise invoice. Managed IT flips that: we keep your technology monitored, secured, backed up and supported, with clear and predictable pricing, and we're on the hook for keeping it that way. Fewer fires, and one local partner accountable for all of it.
On every plan, every month
Proactive monitoring
We watch your systems around the clock and catch problems while they are still small, instead of hearing about them once work has stopped.
Security & patching
Endpoint security, updates, and best practices kept current, so you stay protected as threats evolve.
Support that knows your setup
Fast remote help from people who already have your systems in front of them. How much support is included is what separates the plans below.
Backups & continuity
Automatic, tested backups and a recovery plan, so a bad day never becomes a lost week.
Strategic guidance
A local partner who plans your technology with you as you grow, not just when something breaks.
Device management
An up-to-date inventory of the technology we manage, so we know what is there, what is protected, and what needs attention before you have to ask.
Same protection. A different amount of us.
Foundation
For sole proprietors and very small teams.
We set it up right once, so we can manage it efficiently from there. A real visit, not a link and an install guide: the environment built properly, everything enrolled and documented, the automation verified working. Up to four hours on site are included, which covers a small shop comfortably. After that we run it remotely, and the monitoring, patching, endpoint security and backups are handled by the platform rather than by someone remembering to do them — which is exactly why it works at $49 a seat with no minimum and no contract.
Support is there when you want it, at the member rate, rather than bundled into the monthly price whether you use it or not. Nothing is missing from the protection.
Essential, Complete & Premier
For growing businesses that need IT handled for them.
The same platform, with our people attached to it: included support hours, on-site visits, response commitments, network and security management, and someone planning the technology with you instead of reacting to it.
Priced per user with a monthly minimum, because here you are buying our time as well as our tools. AI lives here too: the add-on bolts onto Complete or Premier, for the people who will actually use it.
Foundation is built to be outgrown, and we will tell you when you have. Past roughly two hours of support in a month, Essential costs you less and includes an on-site hour.
Managed IT plans
Per user, per month
You pay for the people you want us managing: predictable, easy to budget, no confusing bundles or surprise invoices.
It gets better as you grow
The bigger your team, the lower the per-user rate: 5% off at 10 seats, 10% at 25, 15% at 50. Published, so you can work out your own number.
Replaces your scattered spend
One number instead of juggling Microsoft 365, antivirus, backup, and pay-by-the-hour repair bills, often for barely more than you pay now.
Foundation
For a one-person business, or a shop with a handful of machines. We come out and set it up properly, then keep everything watched, patched and backed up — with support paid for when you need it rather than bundled in.
- We come to you to set it up — a real visit, up to 4 hours included
- 24/7 monitoring and automatic patching
- Managed antivirus & EDR: ransomware stopped, not just reported
- Device backup, tested, so a dead drive is an inconvenience
- Phishing awareness training
- Remote support at $115/hour — the member rate, not the $135 walk-in rate
- No minimum, no contract, cancel any month
Set up in person, supported remotely after that. The onboarding visit includes up to 4 hours on site, which covers a one-person business or a small shop comfortably; anything beyond that is at the $115 member rate, quoted before we start. On-site visits after onboarding are billed separately, because driving out costs the same whether you pay us $49 a month or $1,195. No support hours are included either, and that is exactly what keeps it $49 — one hour of somebody's time costs more than a month of this plan, so bundling hours in would mean charging everyone for the calls a few people make. If you find yourself calling us twice in a month, say so: Essential works out cheaper from about two hours and includes an on-site hour, and we would rather move you than let you overpay.
Essential
Monitoring, patching and EDR on every machine, plus a set amount of support each month. The plan for an office that mostly runs fine and wants it kept that way.
- 24/7 monitoring and automatic patching on every covered machine
- Managed antivirus & EDR: ransomware stopped, not just reported
- Device backup, tested, so a dead drive is an inconvenience and not a disaster
- 3 hours of remote support every month
- 1 hour of on-site support every month
- Phishing awareness training for your team
- Next-business-day response
Support hours are per account per month and do not roll over. Past the allowance, work is billed at our standard rate — and if you are regularly going past it, Complete is cheaper than paying the overage. Minimum $249/month. Projects, migrations, cabling and after-hours work are quoted separately.
Complete
Everything in Essential with the meter switched off. Unlimited remote and on-site support, so nobody on your team hesitates before picking up the phone.
- Everything in Essential
- Unlimited remote and on-site support in business hours
- 15% off all project labour
- Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace backup included
- Network & firewall management
- Dark-web monitoring for your domain
- Guaranteed SLA response times
- Quarterly technology review
Unlimited covers support of the systems we manage, in business hours. Projects, new installations, cabling, major upgrades, hardware and scheduled after-hours work are quoted separately — and that is exactly the work the 15% comes off. Minimum $695/month. Available fully-managed or co-managed alongside your existing IT.
Premier
For an office where an hour down costs real money. Everything in Complete, plus cover outside business hours, security watched by a person, and someone doing your technology planning with you.
- Everything in Complete
- After-hours and weekend response for anything business-stopping
- Managed detection & response: your alerts reviewed by a human, not just logged
- Image-based backup with documented, tested restores, on devices and in Microsoft 365
- One-hour response on anything that stops work
- Annual technology roadmap and budget, reviewed each quarter
- Compliance documentation pack: the evidence an auditor or insurer asks for
- A scheduled on-site visit every month, whether or not anything is broken
- 25% off all project labour
Minimum $1,195/month. After-hours cover is for business-stopping problems, not routine requests — those wait for the morning, and that is what keeps this affordable. Managed detection & response carries a real per-seat licence cost, which is included in the price above.
AI Add-On
Bolt AI onto Complete or Premier, for the people who will actually use it. Scoped, built and kept running by the same people who run your computers, so nothing falls between two vendors.
- AI Opportunity Assessment included free, so we build against something real
- Copilot, Gemini or a private model kept configured, licensed and working
- Up to 2 AI workflows or assistants built and maintained
- 2 hours of AI development every month
- A quarterly session on what to automate next, and what to leave alone
- Clear guardrails: which tools are approved, and what must never be pasted into a public AI
Priced per AI seat, not per employee: a twenty-person firm where five people write proposals buys five seats. Minimum $249/month — the workflows behind it cost the same to build and maintain whether three people use them or thirty. Everyone on it makes Complete $199/user/mo all in, or Premier $279. Not sold on Essential: AI generates support questions, and a capped support allowance is the wrong place to put them. Your $249 assessment is included at onboarding; your own AI subscriptions and API usage are passed through at cost with no markup.
AI Managed
Ongoing AI help for businesses who want the AI without the full IT management. Priced per business, not per user.
- AI Opportunity Assessment to start, so we manage something we've actually scoped
- Your AI tools kept configured, licensed, updated, and working: Copilot, Gemini, or a private model
- Up to 2 AI workflows or assistants maintained and adjusted as your business changes
- Up to 2 hours of AI work each month: new automations, refinements, and fixes
- A 30-minute working session every month: what's working, what isn't, what's next
- Your team's AI questions answered, with a reply within 1 business day
- A stopped workflow that's blocking work fixed the same business day
- A written quarterly review: hours used, what changed, and an honest take on what isn't paying for itself
- Clear guardrails kept current: which tools are approved, and what must never be pasted into a public AI
Per business, not per user — this is the plan for a company that wants the AI handled but keeps its IT elsewhere. One-time onboarding assessment to start: $99 for members (normally $249). Unused monthly hours don't roll over. Not included: builds beyond the monthly allowance (quoted separately), general IT support, after-hours response, and your own AI subscriptions and usage, which we pass through at cost with no markup. If we already run your IT, the AI Add-On is the cheaper route.
Your price is your price. Sign on and we hold your rate for three years, honoured at renewal — and if you outgrow your plan, the bigger one costs what it cost the day you signed.
See what you would actually get
The portal a client opens each month: what we stopped, what we fixed, and the two or three things only they can decide. Real layout, invented practice — have a click around, no sign-up.

Not sure what that comes to?
Put in your numbers and see the real monthly figure, discounts and minimums included. No email needed to use it.
Priced per user, per month, with volume discounts as your team grows. See full pricing → · One-off and hourly business help is on the IT Support & Projects page.
The people who answer your call built the system they are looking at
Run four or five products that do not talk to each other and the person on the phone has half the picture. We use those same tools — and then we built the layer that pulls your tickets, machines, invoices and documentation into one place. Which is why you rarely have to explain yourself twice.
Look inside the client portal →- One place to look, so nobody asks you to repeat the story
- A portal that shows what we stopped, not just what we did
- If a report is not useful to you, we change it — no vendor to ask
- Your documentation is yours, and leaves with you if you go
